Service Agreement
The acceptance of devices and completion of repairs are contingent upon the availability of spare parts. If a device cannot be repaired due to the unavailability of necessary components, it will be returned to the customer in its current condition, “as is, where is.”
During the repair or servicing of devices (including laptops, motherboards, hard drives, USB items, and similar devices), the condition of the device may change as a result of the necessary procedures. The company assumes no responsibility for restoring the device to its initial or pre-service condition. Devices will be returned in an “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition after service, and customers are advised not to request restoration to the device’s prior state.
The devices shall not be delivered without job sheet.
Company assumes no responsibility what so ever if the device is not collected within 30 days from the date of intimation.
All disputes subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
Repair Disclaimer
We prioritize the utmost care while handling your device during the repair process. However, due to the delicate nature of electronics and the complexity of certain repairs, there is a possibility of minor cosmetic scratches, or in rare cases, breakage of external parts (such as the casing or plastic components).
Please be assured that our technicians take all necessary precautions to minimize these risks. By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge and accept this potential risk.
Repair Liability Policy:
Our responsibilityis limited to service of the accepted devices only. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from delay in approval / non-repair of the device.
We are not responsible for repairing devices that exhibit liquid damage, physical damage, or those that have previously been attempted for repair by another service provider. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage incurred during testing, whether before or after the repair.
“While every effort will be made to deliver the device in good working condition following repair, the company makes no guarantee regarding its durability after repair and delivery. Additionally, while every effort will be made to take proper care of customer devices, the company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from theft, fire, flood, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.”
“The company accepts accessories at the owner’s risk and is not liable for any accessories and its functionality, not listed on the job sheet.”
Data Loss Disclaimer
“We are not liable for any data loss, damage, or data corruption under any circumstances, including but not limited to system errors, user actions, or unforeseen events. Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups and ensuring data integrity.”
Workmanship Warranty Notice
We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all serviced devices. During this period, if the same issue recurs, we will address it at no additional labour charge. However, please note that any costs associated with replacement components or other materials will be the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty covers only the specific problem we initially attended to and does not apply to any new or unrelated issues that may arise.
Defective Component Policy
Please note that any defective components removed during the repair process will not be returned under any circumstances. These parts are typically disposed of or recycled in accordance with industry standards to ensure proper handling and environmental safety.
Estimation Charges
Please note that our estimated charges are based on an initial inspection and are approximate. If, during the repair process, additional parts are required, they will be charged separately. No additional approval will be sought for extra spare parts if the total cost does not exceed 30% of the initial estimate.
If a customer decides not to proceed with repairs after the estimation has been provided, an inspection charge will apply to cover the initial assessment.
Turnaround Time
While we aim to complete repairs promptly, turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the repair and availability of parts. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations cannot be made for items procured on request. Cancellation cannot be accepted for any services once approved.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during service will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
